alfabétrico

In January 2020, I set my goal to participate in the 36 days of type, a collective project in which people are challenged to create one letter a day according to their calendar. My idea was to create one letter a day and at the end of each week to have a complete alphabet.

This alphabet started with the letter K. When I attached two triangles to create the letter and liked the result, I decided to keep the geometric pattern simple for the rest of the alphabet (triangle, circle and rectangle). I realized that the simpler letters, like the "L" would be more interesting if I worked with their counterform. And for the background, I chose to work with the gold leaf.
